Touchpoints named a 2026 finalist for the IAAPA Best New Product Awards

[Date announced]2 min read

Touchpoints has been named a finalist in the 2026 IAAPA Best New Product Awards, in the [category] category. IAAPA is the global association for the attractions industry, and its Expo in Orlando is the largest trade show in the world for the people who run them. The Best New Product Awards are judged by operators and industry experts, and they recognize the products most likely to change how venues work.

What they looked at is the thing we built the company around: a layer around the outside of a venue that catches every call, text, inquiry and website visit, watches what each family does, and pursues every opportunity until it's booked or closed on purpose. Eric answers the phone. The system never lets an inquiry trail off. The staff stay on the floor, with the guest in front of them.

We're grateful to the judges, and more than that to the operators who trusted us early and let us learn inside their buildings. Hayden and Tim at Fun Warehouse, the teams at Cosmic Air and Zone 28, and every venue that answered our questions at eleven at night.

The winners are announced at IAAPA Expo, Orlando, [show dates]. We'll be at booth [booth number] for all of it. Come by, ask Eric about a birthday party, and see what it looks like when nothing slips through.

Demand doesn't wait until you're free: the message we're bringing to IAAPA

[Date]2 min read

Every operator we've ever met knows the feeling. It's Saturday, the building is full, a staff member is walking twelve kids to a lane, and the phone is ringing. A parent is on the other end with a birthday to book. Nobody is free. So the demand goes somewhere else.

That's the whole problem in seven words: demand doesn't wait until you're free. The families planning a party, the group that went quiet nine days ago, the visitor who spent four minutes on your pricing page and left without a name. They're not waiting for a quiet moment. They're booking with whoever answers.

So this year the line is on everything. It's across our banner at IAAPA Expo, on the back of every shirt our team wears, and it's the first thing you see when you come through the front of gettouchpoints.com. Under it, the six things that are happening in a venue right now while everyone is busy: a missed call, a birthday in eight days, an anonymous visitor on the party page, a group inquiry gone quiet, a returning family, a corporate event viewing packages for the fourth time.

The answer to the line is the other half of what we say: automate and be present. Technology handles the demand you can't get to. Your people stay where they belong. If you're at the Expo, come and see how that works. If you're not, it's all here.
